Welcome to K Studio's current production:
RESIDENT EVIL 3
KStudios was founded in 2001 by Jamie and John Kirkland. The first endeavor of K Studios was a comedic take on the spy world. Halfway through production, Jamie and John asked their good friends, Stephanie and Alex Chilton, if they would be interested in joining the “company”. Turns out they were, and the first movie ended with a cast of four.
After the first spy spoof, the group filmed two sequels, the second sequel having John’s good friend Ryan Bull join the cast. The cast stood at five as one more spy spoof was made, which ended in 2002.

Later that year, Ryan decided to take a stab at directing a movie, the first five movies being directed by the Kirkland Brothers. He decided to film a movie spin-off of one of his favourite game series, Resident Evil.
Toro Productions was now born, as was the Resident Evil trilogy.

Cleverly using characters and aspects of the game to come up with his own completely unique storyline, he took the unsuspecting heroes (and cast) of the story through unthinkable plot twists and turns proving to be a horror filled adventure for everyone involved.

It wasn't long afterward that Ryan decided to expand on the Resident Evil idea with a sequal. With help from the entire cast, RE2 was made into the best action orientated movie created by K Studios. During the filming of RE2, however, Alex and Stephanie left K Studios for personal reasons. This left the cast at three, and the future of the Resident Evil series in question.

Late 2004 - early 2005, Ryan decided (with help from the impressive new editing equipment) he would make his series a trilogy and give the investment one last film to wrap up all storylines and give the viewers some closure. Because of Stephanie and Alex's sudden departure in Resident Evil 2, there was a need for a completely new plot. It was eventually decided that Chris (played by Ryan himself) would be avenging the deaths of his friends Jill and Barry (played by Stephanie and Alex).
Just before shooting began, Ryan decided to get in contact with Stephanie and ask her if she would reprise her role. After filling her in on what happened since she had left, Stephanie agreed to take up the challenge understanding that she owed her best friend at least that. Also a factor was her love for the series and the new technology.

While the film is still being shot, the founders of K Studios, Jamie and John Kirkland, have already put in hours of effort in the editing, prop, and costume departments making Resident Evil 3 one of the most visually stunning films to come from K studios.
